Ding Jun Hui made a maximum 147 break but lost in his UK Championship last 16 roung against John Higgins.
Ding Jun Hui was losing 2-0 down to former 2 times world champion John Higgins when he made his total clearance.
After potting 15 reds and 15 blacks, J.H.Ding looked nervous as he attempted to clear the 6 colours ,But after stepping away from the table for a calming sip of water, he coolly potted the pink and black to rapturous applause from the crowd and opponent John Higgins.
Ding Jun Hui will claim the £5,000 highest break prize and £25,000 bonus for the maximum,The prize money would be split if another player recorded a 147.

Shaun Murphy won the u.k championship tournament by beating Hong Kong’s Marco Fu in the deciding frame with a pink ball fluke to keep him up on one snooker lead …
