China’s rising star Liang wen bo beat 6 times world champion Steve Davis 5-3 to cruise in the last 32 of the Norther Ireland Trophy. Not only that , he actually white wash 2002 world champion Peter Ebdon 5-0 in the last 32 to be in the last 16 of this years Northern Ireland Trophy .
From the look in the draw, there might be a chance for liang wen bo to meet China’s ace player Ding Jun hui in the finals. if this would to be happen. i guess it would be the first ever world professional ranking events to have all asian/chinese snooker professional players in the finals
